01 How much food does Qi Ji Catering provide?
|
We will provide a 10% buffer based on the number of persons indicated in your order. However, certain items (e.g. Chicken Wing, Otah, Sotong Ball, etc.) will still come in the exact quantity as indicated in your order.

02 Is the food prepared by Qi Ji Catering Halal?
|
Yes, our food is certified Halal by MUIS, the local Statutory Board overlooking Muslim affairs. We will provide you with the Halal certificate upon request.

03 How are your buffets served?
|
We serve our buffet in aluminum foil trays or reusable microwaveable plastic containers.
|

04 How early do I need to place my order?
|
Typically, you should order 2-3 days before the date of your event and is subject to availability. Please call our friendly consultants for advice.

05 How do I make an order?
|
You can place your order by phone, fax or email. For orders sent by fax, please circle or underline your selected menu items. If you place your order by phone, please get ready your selections, details of the venue and contact numbers before calling.

06 Can you advise me on how many to order for?
|
Generally, as Asians, we want to make sure that all our guests are well-fed, so it is always advisable to order according to your confirmed guest list. The extra 10% buffer that we provide should not be used to minimise your order. Please note that children above the age of 10 should be considered an adult when placing your order.

07 I have already ordered, but have not received any calls or confirmation.
|
Our office generally does not operate over the weekends. As such, if you submitted your order after 3pm on Fridays, we may only reply to you on Monday. Sometimes, in the world of emails, some emails get lost so please give us a call if you are unsure about the status of your order. Don’t worry – we are very friendly!

08 Can I place an order for less than the minimum number of guests stated in your menu?
|
No, unless it is for pre-packed items.
|

09 Can I change the items on the menu?
|
Yes, you can, but it will be subject to availability and you can change up to two items on the menu from another menu of lesser value and of the same type of meat (e.g. change chicken wing for chicken sausage). For such requests, please insert these changes in the remarks column of the order form.

10 What is the minimum order for free delivery?
|
A minimum order of $120 is required for FREE delivery except on eve of Public Holidays and Public Holidays.
|

11 Are there any other charges?
|
- For orders less than $120, there is a surcharge of $20 for every trip.
- For events on the eve of Public Holidays and on Public Holidays, a surcharge of $20 is applicable for every delivery. (For orders less than $120 that are delivered on eve of Public Holidays or Public Holidays, an additional surcharge of $30 is applicable)

12 Are tables and chairs available for rent?
|
No. We do not provide warmers or table setup.

13 How do I cancel my order?
|
Please call our friendly consultants 24 hours in advance of your event.

14 What are your terms of payment?
|
Strictly cash / cheque on delivery.
All cheques must be crossed and made in favour of “Qi Ji Catering Pte Ltd”
